Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Oscar Bravo Studio, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Returns & Exchanges Policy sets forth the terms and conditions governing the return, exchange, and refund of products purchased through our store.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products that have been customized, engraved, or made to order
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or modification
- Gift cards or promotional items
Exceptions may apply in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, as determined at our sole discretion.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@oscarbravostudio.com. Upon approval, you will receive return instructions, including the appropriate return address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed product defect.
4. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Oscar Bravo Studio reserves the right to issue partial refunds or store credit in cases where merchandise is returned incomplete or in less-than-original condition.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within the 30-day return window, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims for items that are damaged in transit or materially different from the description must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Supporting evidence, including photographs, may be required. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to the customer.
